This adapter uses the original Hart pack PCB, so tools that talk to the battery still run. It fits HyperTough 20V packs, which you can still buy.

We move the communication board from an old Hart pack into an adapter so a HyperTough 20V pack looks like Hart to the tool. Then you can keep buying packs that are actually available.
Old packs
Don't toss dead or spare Hart 20V packs. Send one complete pack back with the prepaid ground label. After we inspect, we PayPal $40 ($59 after return). Extra complete packs: $20 each after we inspect. Incomplete packs are not paid.

- What is a Hart 20V battery adapter?
- It lets Hart 20V tools run from a non-Hart pack. Ours includes the original Hart pack PCB so tools that talk to the battery still run. Right now it fits HyperTough 20V.
- Are Hart 20V batteries discontinued?
- Yes. TTI discontinued Hart. Leftover 20V packs still turn up, then they don't. TTI is not making a replacement.
- Why do some adapters only list 2-wire tools?
- They only connect the two power pins. Some simple tools run that way. Many Hart 20V tools look for the pack's electronics and will not start. 2-wire vs PCB →

- Yes. Don't throw them away. $99 includes a $40 core. Send one complete pack back with the prepaid ground label and form. After we inspect, we PayPal $40 ($59 after core return). Extra complete packs are $20 each after we inspect. Dead cells are fine. Incomplete packs are not paid.
